I got a pedicure Sunday. Two of my toes lost there polish. On the Wednesday 2 more twos lost there's. I messaged the lady on Monday. She told me she could touch them up. It's Friday and she still hasn't responded when I asked her when she would have time. I don't have an updated picture.
I have been trying to reach someone I can speak with about a recent appointment I had. I tried for 2 days to cancel my appointment but all of the 3 phone numbers were not in service, the scheduling app said it had to be done through the business and I had no luck being able to cancel it so I was eventually charged for the service. If anyone that works there or the owner sees this, can you please reach out to me? The young lady I was scheduled with, jasmine, has my information. Thank you Since I can't respond to your comment, I wanted to let you know that I tried to cancel my appointment through the app the day before my appointment. It says, contact the business to cancel your appointment. In your cancelation policy, it also says to call the business. I feel like I tried all avenues I could think of well before my appointment day and didn't have any luck with any of them.
Awesome place! My fiancé has been going there for a long time for fancy acrylic nails. I enjoy a pedicure every once and awhile when she gets her nails done. The staff is very friendly and very talented! They have nice massage chairs and a comfortable environment that will just make your day:) Treat yourself!
Everyone in there was nice And Salon is very clean neat and nice Will most definitely be going back.
I had an awesome experience getting my teeth whitened at Neubella Nail & Spa!! The environment was clean and comfortable. Jasmine was very knowledgeable on the process, and my teeth look great! I usually experience a lot of sensitivity with any teeth whitening service, but I had no issues. I will definitely be back!!
